On this World Environment Day, SCGP would like to join in demonstrating our commitment to driving business toward sustainability and creating shared value with society. We are determined to “be part of the change” that will pass on a better world to the next generation through 3 strategies:

◻️ Net Zero Initiatives – We strive to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the minimum following Net Zero guidelines, with the goal of ‘zero emissions’. We also emphasize greenhouse gas absorption through various methods, including developing technology to use energy with maximum efficiency, as well as transitioning to renewable energy and expanding the conversion of machinery equipment.

◻️ Circular Economy – We prioritize the circular economy concept that focuses on using resources cost-effectively, recycling resources for maximum benefit, and generating minimal waste. We therefore continuously design and develop solutions and apply the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principle that extends responsibility to cover the entire product lifecycle from beginning to end – including design, production, distribution, usage, until expiration – to prevent such products and packaging from becoming environmental waste.

◻️ Customer Centricity & Engagement – We value building good relationships with customers, consumers, communities, employees, and business partners throughout the value chain continuously. We promote sustainable packaging concepts to various businesses and collaborate for the environment, with the goal of creating integrated sustainability together.

Finally, we believe that the ‘power’ of all of us is another important mechanism that will help change this world for the better. Therefore, SCGP would like to be part of the change for the environment and pass on a better world to the next generation.
