SCGP aims to increase sales and profitability across Thailand and ASEAN, with a focus on Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, to meet the rising demand for packaging. The company targets an EBITDA growth of 18,000 million THB.
Beyond sales expansion, SCGP plans to strengthen its presence in consumer-related packaging businesses, particularly in food and beverage packaging and consumer goods packaging.
Additionally, SCGP is exploring new high-potential markets, such as the Healthcare Supplies sector, to further expand its growth opportunities.

SCGP is committed to enhancing efficiency across its entire value chain, from sourcing to production and distribution. This will be achieved by:

To support innovation, SCGP has allocated approximately 1% of its annual revenue to research and development (R&D) in packaging innovation. The company aims for 37% of its total revenue in 2025 to come from innovative and solution-driven products.
