Vina Kraft Paper Co., Ltd. (VKPC) received Top 100 Sustainable Companies Award and Gender Equality in the Workplace Award 2022 in Vietnam for the 2nd consecutive year. The recognition was based on Programme on Benchmarking and Announcing Sustainable Companies in Vietnam (CSI Programme) by Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD). The awards were unveiled at the ceremony in December.

VKPC focuses on creating innovations and values to serve the evolving consumer demands while placing emphasis on environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects. Accordingly, VKPC has been lauded as only of the typical business on Gender Equality in the Workplace for two consecutive years. This represents the vision of “leaving no one behind” in a sustainable business corporate culture, being inclusive in serving various communities in the society. While improving gender equality in the workplace contributes significantly to labor productivity, talent attraction; respecting children’s rights will help build stronger communities, creating a sustainable future for both the corporate and their stakeholders.
